AIRE Ancient Baths Barcelona is the largest center in Spain, located in a restored industrial building from the 18th century, next to the Mercat del Born. This magical place offers a sensory journey through thermal baths and relaxing rituals, merging history with water to create a total relaxation experience.

The center features a variety of thermal baths at different temperatures, including the Caldarium, Frigidarium, Tepidarium, Balneum, Vaporium, dry Sauna, and Flotarium. Each bath is designed to offer specific benefits to the body and mind.

In addition, AIRE Barcelona offers a range of exclusive massages and rituals created to relieve daily stress and promote overall well-being. Each experience includes the thermal tour, allowing guests to enjoy the feeling of floating and deep relaxation.

The building housing AIRE Barcelona was originally a food warehouse from the 18th century. Its original architecture has been preserved, featuring elements like the two skylights above the Tepidarium, through which goods were introduced and later transported to the nearby Mercat del Born.

The renovation project maintained the authenticity of the original architecture, using simple materials such as black granite, Macael marble, and existing bricks and stone. This has created a dialogue between historical elements and new additions, providing visitors with a unique experience.

The transformation of this space into a wellness center has preserved its history while offering a haven of peace and relaxation in the heart of Barcelona.

For couples, the Escape Together experience offers 90 minutes of thermal baths at different temperatures, followed by a 30, 45, 60, or 90-minute massage in a couples room, concluding with two glasses of cava or juice to refresh together.
