Beach Box Spa was founded in 2018 by Liz Watson and Katie Bracher, initially as a pop-up sauna at the Brighton Fringe Festival.
The popularity of the initiative led Brighton City Council to ask them to stay, creating a local community passionate about saunas.
Over the years, the spa has grown, adding several saunas and expanding the range of treatments offered.
Therapeutic Water Information
The spa offers natural treatments such as face masks, salt scrubs, and hair masks, all made in-house.
Additionally, ice balls for aromatherapy are available, which are sizzled on the sauna stones to enhance the thermal experience.
