General Information
The Marine Thermal Baths of Grado are a renowned spa center for the therapeutic use of seawater, known as thalassotherapy. Located on the Island of the Sun, they offer a variety of wellness and rehabilitation services.
The facility is open Monday to Saturday, from 08:30 to 15:00, with the thermal pool, sauna, and wellness center available daily from 10:00 to 19:00, except on Tuesdays. The thermal treatments related to balneotherapy are operational, while inhalation treatments are currently not available.

History
Grado was recognized as an official health resort of the Austro-Hungarian Empire on June 25, 1892, due to its therapeutic properties related to the sea and sand.
In 1905, the 'Alla Salute' Hotel-Pension and health resort was founded by Polish doctor Maurizio Oransz, equipped with hydrotherapy facilities.
On July 14, 1936, the inauguration of the Littorio Bridge connected Grado to the mainland, opening new tourist opportunities for the city.

The seawater of Grado is used for balneotherapy, recommended for dermatological and rheumatic diseases. Ozone baths offer additional benefits for the skin and the muscular system.
